CLIO – The Michigan Cannabis Expo scheduled for next week has been rescheduled to July because of health concerns due to the spread coronavirus pandemic.
Event organizers made the announcement Friday.
“Due to the new MDHHS and Michigan Governor’s bulletin released this morning, we feel it is in the best interest of our customers, employees, and community to postpone the Michigan expo,” organizers said in an email sent to MIMarijuanaReport.Com.
“We apologize for the late notice, especially to those who have been in close contact with us. We had full intention holding the expo but in light of the most recent guidance, it must be postponed as we feel an obligation to do our part. While we are sad to have to make this announcement your safety is our top priority.”
The show has been rescheduled for July 9-10 same venue.
