Michigan Posts Rules For Reopening Cannabis Business Under COVID-19 Lock Down Restrictions

The Michigan Marijuana Regulatory on May 20 published new rules, as provided for by an executive order issued by Gov. Whitmer, for all licensed Michigan Marijuana operations to reopen safely during the COVID-19 pandemic.

In short, all Michigan licensed marijuana operations are required to at a minimum:

Develop a COVID-19 response plan

Appoint a COVID-19 supervisor to implement those plans and always be on site:

Provide COVID-19 saleguards, including proper protective equipment for employees;
