The MRA has released an advisory bulletin to assist applicants with navigating the upcoming application process for an adult-use license. Effective March 1, 2021, the eligibility restriction that requires an applicant to hold an active state operating license under the MMFLA to be eligible for numerous MRTMA state licenses will be removed.

On March 1, 2021, MRA will accept applications from any applicant for the following license types:

• Marijuana Retailer
• Marijuana Processor
• Class B Marijuana Grower
• Class C Marijuana Grower
• Marijuana Secure Transporter
