Steve Bratic, principal in the five million square foot cannabis grow facility in development at Fort Custer in Battle Creek, is offering big discounts to those potential clients that sign letters of interest by Dec. 31, 2020, as well as donations to charities of the customer’s choice.
Sensi Park will offer 10 percent reduction towards lease the first two years and 5 percent reduction for a year that goes to charity of their choice
In addition, Bratic will offer a net 10 percent margin reduction on the tenant buildout, if the tenant elects to use Bratic as its contractor.
To get these deals, potential customers must request information about Sensi Park and sign a letter-of-interest by December 31, 2020. A letter of interest does not obligate a customer to sign the lease, however. To get these discounts a customer must sign a lease by March 31, 2021.
