ANN ARBOR – Hero Project USA on Sept. 11 is launching its Fall For A Veteran Campaign to introduce the nation to a non-profit charity that works with Veterans to help them deal with issues related to their service.

The Fall For A Veteran campaign starts on the 20th anniversary of the 9-11 attack on the World Trade Towers in New York on Sept. 11, 2001, and culminates on Nov. 11, 2021, the traditional Veterans Day.

The campaign will feature daily social media updates as well as newly launched email campaign intended to provide educational content as well as resources related to issues that commonly impact veterans. The areas that Hero Project will focus on are:

•    Depression
•    PTSD
•    Homelessness
•    Unemployment
•    Suicide
•    Substance Abuse
•    Domestic Violence

Hero Project USA works with the adult-use cannabis industry and asks that growers, processors, provisioning centers, and business that provide services to the cannabis industry take a small percentage of their sales and donate it to the 501c3.

Other ways that Hero Project USA generates donations is through the sale of Hero-branded merchandise from its eCommerce store. 10 percent of the gross sale is donated to Hero by the merchants. Hero Project USA also will accept direct donations that are tax deductible.
