Rick Thompson, Executive Director of Michigan NORML, and Dan Sparrow, co-founder of Sparrow Consulting, provided live coverage of the Michigan Medical Caregiver Rally in Lansing on Sept. 15.
The Rally was scheduled in anticipation of new legislation introduced that would greatly curtail caregivers’ services and eventually force patients to buy directly from licensed adult-use provisioning centers, many operated by a small consortium of very large vertical cannabis companies.
