The second annual Muskegon Pre-Roll Cannabis Trail has been launched by Roberta King, founder of Canna Communication. She’s lined up a dozen Muskegon dispensaries where adults can go to buy a pre-roll and when they have visited all 12 win a free T-shirt to commemorate this green odyssey.
