The Cannabis Regulatory Agency (CRA) has created a step-by-step presentation resource for individuals seeking licensure in the adult-use market. This presentation was created in response to recommendations made by the CRA’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion workgroup.
The presentation walks through each step of the adult-use licensing process including how to apply for adult-use fee reductions through the Social Equity Program, submitting a step 1 and step 2 adult-use application, and even offers guidance through the license renewal process.
In addition to the presentation, a guidance document has also been created as a follow along resource. This guidance document provides links to the Social Equity Program and adult-use licensing applications, instruction booklets, and advisory bulletins.
Individuals interested in applying for an adult-use license are encouraged to utilize this resource to gain a better understanding of the licensing process prior to submitting their application. The presentation and guidance document can be found on the CRA website; click here to access these resources.
