The Cannabis Regulatory Agency reported that April cannabis sales totaled $246.1, a 1.5 percent from a record setting $250 million in March. Since April had one less day than March, the April figure is nearly the same as the month before.

Still, the April sales figures were 26.2 percent above year ago April sales.

A closer look shows adult-use sales in April were $238.2 million, with medical sales only $7.8 million. Reflecting on the year ago figures, April adult-use sales rose 41.8 percent from 2022, while medical sales of $7.8 million was down 71 percent from the same month in 2022.

Flower sales were $114.3 million, followed by Vape Cartridges at $44.3 million, and third place went to infused edibles at $24.9 million.
