Michigan cannabis sales in November totaled $260.5 million, down less than 1 percent from October, but representing the fourth consecutive month sales have declined. The good news is sales rose 28 percent from November 2022.
Adult-use sales were up 35.2 percent from a year go November coming in at $256.7 million, down 0.7 percent from October. Medical sales continued its sharp free fall totaling only $3.8 million, falling a whopping 72 percent from November 2022 and 14 percent from October 2023.
Flower pricing for adult-use averaged $1560 per pound, up 2.5 percent from a year ago. Combined flower sales for medical and adult use were $117.5 million. Vape cartridges, both medical and adult, sales were second at $50.3 million. Followed by concentrates at $28.5 million.
For 11 months in 2023, sales have increased 34 percent compared to the same 11 months in 2022. The state remains on track to sell around $3.3 billion in medical and adult-used cannabis for all of 2023.
