Join Derek Sova, policy specialist with the Cannabis Regulatory Agency, to learn about the changes being proposed to the marihuana rules. The CRA began the rule promulgation process in 2023 by releasing a summary of proposed changes and soliciting feedback from interested stakeholders.
In addition to a review of those changes, the session will cover additional changes that were not included in the original document, as well as an overview of the many organizational changes being made to rule set. The draft rules can be found here along with supporting documents here and here.
The presentation will be followed by a question-and-answer session which will allow the attendees to ask questions that may be answered in real-time.
