The Social Equity team would like to remind licensees that the form and the criteria to be recognized in the 2025 Social Equity All-Star Program can be found here.
If you are already a part of the Social Equity All-Star Program and would like to continue your participation in the program, we are now accepting renewal forms through Monday, March 3, 2025. Licensees who do not renew their All-Star Program status will be removed from the program and will have to reapply if they would like to continue their All-Star certification.
Participants who would like to update their current plans or advance to a higher recognition tier may do so by completing the All-Star Program Amendment form found here, along with submitting the proper supporting documents.
