Pursuant to the Administrative Rules, licensees have a continuing duty to provide the Cannabis Regulatory Agency (CRA) with up-to-date contact information and must notify the CRA in writing of any changes to the contact information on file with the CRA.
The only way to update the contact information of an applicant/licensee to remain in compliance with the Administrative Rules is to complete and submit a Demographic Amendment Application. It is important to note that if you are providing different contact information than what is already on file with the Agency when submitting new applications to the CRA (Amendments, Reporting Forms, Etc.), that contact information will not be collected/updated.
