A new bill introduced by Wisconsin Democrats on Monday is looking to legalize both recreational and medical marijuana in the state.
The legislation would make recreational cannabis legal for adults 21 and older, along with legalizing medical marijuana for those 18 and older or minors with parental consent. The proposal would also create state regulations for producing, testing, packaging and selling marijuana, including a sales tax option for municipalities.
