The first cannabis consumption lounge in Danville — and second in Vermilion County, preceded by Molly’s Joint in Tilton — is officially opening for business.
Seven Point’s Smoke Lab Lounge, which previously had a one-day trial on Christmas Day followed by a soft opening over the course of several weeks, will have a grand opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony at 1 p.m. Thursday at the dispensary, 380 Eastgate Drive.
Seven Point CEO Brad Zerman said the lounge name came from him driving by other businesses with lab in their name, such as a coffee lab and stretch lab.
