A judge will issue a written decision on motions in a lawsuit filed by a marijuana dispensary seeking a court order allowing it open, despite objections by the city of Menominee.
Puff Cannabis argues it should have been allowed to open last year, but Menominee did not issue a license as it should have. The city disagrees, saying it followed the proper procedures.
