For the first time ever, a museum dedicated to cannabis is coming to South Africa. Aptly named the African Cannabis Museum (TAC), it is set to open its doors later this year.
The museum is being developed by the TAC Foundation, a non-profit initiative dedicated to preserving and presenting the cultural and historical narrative of this plant in Africa.
It will open in the fourth quarter of 2026 and be situated in Cape Town.
