A new medical marijuana dispensary is opening in south central Pennsylvania.
Rise Dispensaries, a cannabis retail chain owned by Green Thumb Industries, is opening the new dispensary.
To purchase a product at the dispensary, customers need a medical marijuana card, which can only be obtained if one has a serious medical condition as certified by an approved practitioner. Products can be picked up by the patient or their designated caregiver, who also would need an identification card.
