National Cannabis Day celebration to offer everything from product deals and discounts to a raffle for NFL Draft and Detroit Tigers tickets, food trucks, live DJs, and opportunity to enter to win a Jamaican cruise
WHAT: This years 420 celebration is the biggest one yet for Mint Cannabis, which recently opened its sixth retail store in Michigan in Oxford. Throughout the day on Saturday, April 20 also known as National Cannabis Day the operators six stores across the Great Lakes State (including Monroe, Oxford, Portage, Kalamazoo, Mt. Pleasant and Coldwater) will celebrate in a big way with customers ages 21 and older. The fun-filled day will feature food trucks, live DJs, prizes, and free weed every hour. This includes hourly giveaways; a raffle for NFL Draft and Detroit Tigers tickets; and an opportunity to enter to win a Jamaican cruise.
Each store will sell raffle tickets to benefit the Billy Pease Foundation, a Michigan-based nonprofit that provides transportation to and from treatment and crisis situations for people living with Chronic Kidney Disease. Through the raffle, customers will have the opportunity to enter to win:
* A 2024 NFL Draft Package, which includes two tickets to the draft event on Saturday, April 27, at Campus Martius Park and Hart Plaza; a $150 gift card to cover dinner for two; and two $100 medicated gift baskets from the Mint. (One winner will be randomly drawn between all Michigan stores on Monday, April 22, at 4:20 pm EST, live on Instagram @themintcannabis_mi)
* Two tickets for Detroit Tigers Game (vs. the Houston Astros) on Saturday, May 11. Winners will be special guests of the Mint at a pre-game tailgate party. (One winner will be randomly drawn from each of the Mints six Michigan stores on Monday, April 22, at 4:20 pm EST, live on Instagram @themintcannabis_mi)
Additionally, customers can enter themselves into a random drawing for a chance to win a Jamaican cruise getaway for two this September (no purchase necessary, one entry per customer) at the entrance to each Michigan store. (The winner will be drawn live at 7:20 pm EST on Monday, April 22, on The Mint Dispensarys Facebook page.)
There will also be plenty of deals to score at the Mints Michigan stores during the 4/20 celebration, with more than $1,000 in giveaways and prizes.
