Michigan NORML Executive Director Rick Thompson urges all cannabis caregivers and their supporters to rally at the Michigan Capitol Nov. 4 at 9 am to lobby Michigan legislators to defeat a series of bills that would drastically reduce the voter-approved medical caregiver program.
He also highlights other votes Tuesday approving or disapproving adult-use marijuana business licenses.
