Administrative formal complaints and disciplinary actions taken against adult-use/medical licensees in April are now available for review in the CRA’s April 2022 Disciplinary Action Report.
This month’s disciplinary actions:
- Bangor – Kula Farms, LLC dba Red Arrow Farm GR-C-000277 for non-compliant transfers between marijuana businesses and METRC non-compliance
- Webberville – Weinberg Family Enterprises, LLC GR-C-000261 & PR-000145 for failure to report material changes – legal entity
