The CRA is no longer requiring pre-ordering of immature plants from approved marijuana growers before transferring immature plants to a retailer.
Retailers are no longer required to keep proof that immature plants on site were preordered; they are only required to keep a plan for maintenance and destruction of plants during the seven-day period during which they are in the inventory at the retailer.
