Honor Those Impacted, Overcome Breast Cancer. Push for A cure. Everyone Can Make a difference! (HOPE). That’s what Common Citizen’s High HOPE campaign to benefit Karmanos Cancer Institute is all about.

Throughout the month of October, Common Citizen will donate $1 of each purchase of its most popular brands to the effort, including all Terple Gang, Jeeter, Wana and Triple Phoenix products at all retail brand partner locations. Common Citizen, which produces safe, high-quality cannabis products for patients and adult-use customers, is a longstanding and outspoken advocate for the power of medical cannabis to provide relief and a quality of life for patients, including those suffering from cancer, the company said in a press release.

“At Common Citizen, relieving suffering for people with numerous forms of cancer and other

diseases is a core part of our mission,” said Common Citizen CEO Michael Elias. “We are honored to do our small part to help further breast cancer research through High HOPE, which represents our unwavering commitment to our amazing patients and their families.”

The goal is to raise $16,000 to advance breast cancer research at the Karmanos Cancer Institute. The High HOPE fundraiser is taking place in all Common Citizen retail partner locations, including all LIV Cannabis retail stores, Pure Lapeer and Xplore Cannabis Co. in Lapeer, and Cannavista Wellness in Buchanan. Guests can also contribute to High HOPE donation boxes in all retail brand partner stores.

“We are proud to support this Michigan-based, internationally recognized cancer research institution and its critical work to one day find a cure to beat breast cancer once and for all,” Elias said. “We are excited to partner with Karmanos as part of our continued efforts to serve the unique needs of our patients and give back to the communities we serve and call home.”
