Gene R. Kohut of Trust Street Advisors, as court-appointed receiver of Green Peak Industries (aka Skymint), will conduct an auction for the sale of cannabis equipment and/or personal property assets owned by Skymint, one of the largest network of dispensaries in Michigan.
The online auction is scheduled for October 21 at 10:00 a.m. and will conclude on October 25 at 4:00 p.m. at Skymint.hibid.com. All interested parties must register as a qualified bidder on or before the auction close date. All sales are subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the auction registration process, Kohut said in a press release.
Assets for sale can be inspected from 1.00 pm through 4:00 pm, on October 16 and 17 at Skymint’s facility located at 1340 South Waverly Street, Lansing, Michigan 48917. An appointment is not necessary, but a government issued photo I.D. will be required for entry to the facility during the allotted times.
