The Cannabis Regulatory Agency (CRA) is consolidating its customer service email addresses to better assist stakeholders.
Effective December 22, 2025, all Customer Service inquiries should be sent to the CRA’s new central email address:
As of December 22, 2025, the following Customer Service inboxes will be deactivated:
- CRA-Enforcement@michigan.gov
- CRA-Adult-Use-Licensing@michigan.gov
- CRA-MedicalMarijuana@michigan.gov
- CRA-Compliance@michigan.gov
All inquiries previously sent to these inboxes should now be directed to CRA-Info@michigan.gov.
This change is intended to streamline communication and help ensure inquiries are routed to the appropriate team more efficiently. Stakeholders are encouraged to update their contact information accordingly.
