Anton Harb Jr. is a 44-year-old Iraq War combat veteran and retired ATF agent who obtained an associate’s degree in firearm technology. He also suffers from PTSD, which he treats with marijuana.
“There are not many people who are more versed in handling firearms than I,” Harb said. “I had to make a choice between my medicine or my Second Amendment right to possess.”
That’s because federal law bans all marijuana users from owning firearms. But that could soon change.
