How A Dose Of Medicinal Cannabis Alters Brain Waves During Sleep

Jun 1, 2026 | National

Taking a pill containing cannabis compounds might alter sleep patterns for individuals with mild to moderate insomnia, mostly by reducing the amount of time spent in the specific sleep phase associated with dreaming. These findings were published in theĀ Journal of Sleep Research.
