The business, housed in the former Sons of Norway Hall, will feature a restaurant, dispensary, and indoor and outdoor consumption lounges when it opens by the end of September. Co-owner Edgar Ramon said the facility is unique because customers over 21 will be able to purchase and consume various adult products at one location.
“Having all five licenses that are zoned for our property here, and then having that liquor license, to the best of my knowledge, doesn’t exist anywhere else in the US,” Ramon said.
